Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. -
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund, please ensure that:- The item is in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and cables are included.
- The item shows no signs of wear, tear, or—in the case of drones—flight time or crash damage.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for return:- Opened Software/Firmware: Any digital licenses or activated software.
- Custom Orders: Products customized or built to your specific CAD specifications.
- Batteries: For safety reasons, LiPo or Li-ion batteries that have been charged or discharged cannot be returned.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.

The Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at support@midronicad.com with your order number and reason for return.
- RMA Number: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Return Shipping: Pack the item securely. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. -
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival (DOA), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
